Corrections
Parents should be aware that correcting positions is sometimes made easier through physical contact. Physically moving a student’s arms/legs to the correct position is a quick and easy method of correction. Particularly in younger students. All our teachers have Working with Children checks and will only touch a student for the purpose of position correction.

Fees
Initial membership & registration fees are accepted via our website and are non refundable. It will be the responsibility of each member to arrange their registration direct with BJP ( https://physicalculture.com.au/ ). We are happy to help with this process during the initial weeks of classes. Our fees are outlined on our Fees Page and during initial registration, each member is asked to select a prefered payment method - annually or per term. Fee invoices will be sent to the provided email address during registration. Failure to remain up to date with fees may result in refusal to participate in class until fees are up to date.

Rights to Publish
Throughout the year, clips of your daughter, her name and images may be selected for use by our club for competition programs, results reporting and promotion of the club through our website and online social media accounts. During registration, consent is asked for the use of such images/clips. If at any time, you request for a photo of your child to be removed from our social media, we will comply immediately.

Disclaimer
All members of Beachside Physical Cultural Club INC are required to adhere to the rules, policies and principles outlined in the associations constitution. By maintaining membership, individuals agree to act in accordance with these provisions to support the associations mission and objectives. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership as determined by the executive committee. Beachside Physical Cultural Club INC reserves the right to amend the constitution from time to time, and it is the responsibility of members to stay informed of any changes. This disclaimer does not override any legal obligations or rights provided under applicable laws. 

By accepting these terms and conditions I give permission for myself/my daughter to be corrected by their teacher through physical contact where appropriate. I agree to the publication of material containing myself/my daughter’s name/images for the purpose of promotion and reporting. I have read the relevant code of conduct/rules for BJP/Beachside and agree to abide by/will encourage my child to abide by this code of conduct. I agree to notify the club in a timely manner of any change to relevant contact details. I understand that failure to pay fees owing may result in refusal to participate in class until rectified.
 
I agree to respect the teachers decision and expertise in regards to selection of teams and group performances.
