Mini Mermaids

Toddler Dance Classes

Ages 2.5 to 4 years

 

Introduce your little ones to the joy of movement! Our toddler classes are designed to spark creativity and build foundational skills like balance, coordination and rhythm.

These playful, engaging sessions are a wonderful way to nurture confidence and inspire a love of dance from an early age.

Little Ladies

Ages 5 to 8 Years

Our junior dance classes for little ladies are designed to nurture creativity, build confidence and introduce fundamental dance skills in a fun and engaging environment. With a mix of ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and even yoga, these classes focus on developing rhythm, coordination, strength and flexibility while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and friendships. It’s the perfect way for young dancers to explore their potential and fall in love with dance.

Pre-Teen

Ages 9 to 12 Years

Our pre-teen classes provide an exciting and dynamic space for older girls to refine their skills and express themselves. Combining techniques from ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and the fluency of yoga our lessons help girls build strength, body control, flexibility and self-assurance. With an emphasis on personal growth, teamwork and sportsmanship these classes empower dancers to thrive both on and off the dance floor.

Ages 13 to 16 Years

 

Our teen classes are a high-energy way to stay active, improve fitness and express individuality. Our lessons focus on coordination, technique and personal growth while providing a welcoming environment where teens can connect, build lifelong friendships and thrive.

Ladies

Ages 17 to Over 70 Years!

 

Designed for women of all ages and abilities, our ladies classes offer a supportive space to improve strength, flexibility and coordination. Whether you’re looking to refine your dance skills or enjoy a fun fitness experience these classes are perfect for reconnecting with yourself and others.
